We aim to deliver a professional, caring, value for money service for residents at every development we manage. Our commitment to putting residents first is reflected in our approach.

With 30 years experience in managing retirement developments, we understand the issues that matter to residents. Moreover, we know what it takes to ensure they can lead independent, worry-free lives, for example:

  • We place great emphasis on ensuring the smooth running of communal areas and resident facilities
  • We always look to keep property maintenance costs reasonable, while upholding high standards
  • We aim to keep contingency fund fees low and utility costs to a minimum
  • We regularly review costs and discuss ways to deliver value-for-money to our residents on an ongoing basis
  • We provide regular communications with residents both in person, by post and via the development notice board. For instance, House Managers hold a residents' coffee morning every month and Area Managers visit their developments once every eight weeks.

We view the management of a retirement development as a major commitment and responsibility and we strive to maintain residents’ trust, confidence and satisfaction in the services we provide.
