Introducing our team
Our core team comprises experienced House Managers, Estate Managers, Area Managers and Regional Managers, many of whom have worked with us for a considerable length of time.
House Managers are the members of staff working at developments who have day-to-day management responsibility for delivering the service for residents.
Area Managers have a responsibility to support House Managers in their day-to-day activities and to liaise with residents when necessary to ensure they are always happy with the service provided.
Regional Managers ensure consistently high standards of quality of service through the management of the field-based teams and liaising with residents at resident forums.
Technical Managers are responsible for major works or redecorations at our managed developments, dealing with all associated technical and contractual paperwork and ensuring that all work is carried out to the required standard.
