Regional Managers

Regional Managers look after a team of Area Managers and House Managers and therefore need strong leadership skills as well as good interpersonal and finance skills.

Regional Managers are responsible for:

  • Providing ongoing training and support to the Area Managers
  • Dealing with resident issues
  • Conducting general meetings with residents
  • Attending House Manager conferences with Area Managers
  • Resolving issues on developments where properties are still being sold
  • Attend meetings with the Association of Retirement Housing Managers

The role is a challenging one, with no two days the same. Ultimately, the Regional Manager can make a major contribution to ensuring that a retirement development is successful and that residents are happy with the service they receive.
