Technical Management Team

We have a National Technical Manager and a team of Technical Officers, who are responsible for:

  • All technical issues across Peverel developments
  • Consultation, paperwork and supervision
  • Liaison with Area and House Managers as required
  • National contract liaison, including lifts, water, PAT tests, 5 year electrical tests, sewage, pumps
  • Redecoration schedules (internal and external)
  • Major repair works (roofing, windows) and NHBC claims
  • Ceiling and wall cracks, leaks etc
  • Offering guidance and advice to the Estates Team
